No user, distributor, or clinical competitor holds the right to replicate, deconstruct, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit our custom-engineered physical structures or branding materials without written executive decree.
02. Subscription & Orders
When you register an order for an AÉRA system or purchase variations of our 3-in-1 combs, you verify that all details provided are correct and billing details are registered to your physical entity. We reserve the absolute right to cancel orders originating from unverified or suspicious payment sources.
03. Financial Terms
Prices listed are set in USD and OMR equivalents. Transactions are processed securely through internationally audited luxury payment processors. AÉRA Trichology utilizes highly secured SSL tokens and complies with standard premium checkout standards.
04. Limitation of Liability
AÉRA is an advanced home-care cosmetic and microcurrent phototherapy wellness device.
